The Few and Cursed is a creator-owned comic book series about people trying to survive a wicked world where most of the water was gone overnight in a mysterious apocalyptic event in 1840.
Red is a hardened survivor that was born in this reality and now fights to protect the innocent. As for every darkness there is also light among those few and cursed there are those willing to fight to bring balance to the lands: the Curse Chasers.

The Few and Cursed Board Game is now a PROJECT WE LOVE on Kickstarter, folks, and that's absolutely phenomenal! It's awesome having the support from the platform too as we are really gunning for some exciting Stretch Goals already :D
We are well over 100% funded and past 1.000 backers. Not only we are doing regular Stretch Goals we're really loading up on Social Stretch Goals as well.
We have already unlocked two Stretch Goals, The Fallen Immortals mini-expansion and a second Red miniature. That's right, the game comes with TWO REDHEAD MINIATURES!

PHASE 2 HAS OFFICIALLY LAUNCHED NOW THAT THE FIRST STRETCH GOAL IS GONE!
We made it! We've reached $33k \o/
It's too good to be true... I'm sure I will wake up at some point and realize this Kickstarter hasn't happened yet in real life. We still have another 20 days to go and already we're unlocking Phase 2 Stretch Goals.... WOW!!!!
We are now chasing one of my favorite Stretch Goals we've been able to unlock for a few Kickstarters now: the double-sided bookmark! And this one is being produced by artist JULIO CESAR!
We are going for a really fun and cartoony look for Red this time as if The Few and Cursed was going to be an animated show. Would you guys watch something like that by any chance?

EXTRA STRETCH GOAL
As of this moment we're past 950 backers on Kickstarter and I decided to do something cool for you all. If we hit 1.000 backers in the next ten days I will announce an EXTRA STRETCH GOAL that is not on the board.
And it will be a good one.... shall we do it?!

LAST BUT NOT LEAST...
Fabiano finished the first five pages of Issue #6 which are currently with colorist Tiago Barsa.
I can't show much as to not spoil the reading but here's a little taste. Fabiano is really bringing his "A" game to the finale...
And with that I make it to the end of this really exciting Update.

New Redhead one-of-a-kind original artworks for sale!

Howdy, my friends!
Quick update to let you know I managed to secure two more ORIGINAL ARTWORKS featuring the Redhead to offer as rewards during this Kickstarter only.
Both artworks are 1 of 1 and available now!
ALEXANDRE TSO's artwork will be featured in the Gallery of Guest Artists at the end of the book and the finished version will mix traditional art (pictured above) with digital colors.
The art comes signed by both Tso and myself.
ALLAN JEFFERSON's artwork will be given away as our special Summer Mini-Print to backers pledging towards the Summer Special Combo ($33) and other higher tiers too.
This artwork was completely painted in watercolor and looks absolutely gorgeous up close. Also comes signed by Jefferson and myself.

Another Stretch Goal bites the dust!

Those backers pledging towards the Kickstarter Edition just got something pretty exciting:
Backers going for a Regular or either of the Variants don't fret we do have something special planned for you as well coming up.
If you think the below are all our Stretch Goals you'd be sorely mistaken... that's just Phase 1! There's a whole new batch of SGs as soon as we get to $30K which I can't believe is already so close with so much time on the clock yet \o/
Our last Phase 1 Stretch Goal is already on the horizon so please let's keep spreading the word about The Few and Cursed, folks. We also have a pretty sweet surprise coming up if and when we get to 1.000 backers \o/
We had a pretty high initial goal but man we've been flying and we're looking to fund it today actually!
And what's really exciting is Mike and I worked out the Stretch Goals together so you comic book fans know you can expect a LOT of awesome content to be unlocked in the following weeks :D

And so it happened! You have unlocked every Phase 1 Stretch Goal available in record time, congrats!!!!!
Thank you so much for bringing The Few and Cursed Issue #6 so far in so little time, it's so exciting to contemplate all the content we can unlock before the Kickstarter ends!

Here's a whole new batch of Stretch Goals!! And these are really designed to take Red and The Few and Cursed to a whole other level.

BOARD GAME 100% FUNDED!! HOW ABOUT WE UNLOCK SOME STRETCH GOALS OVER THERE AS WELL?
It's such an awesome coincidence that we've unlocked Phase 1 and funded the Board Game with a few hours apart from each other! The Few and Cursed Summer train is really speeding along \o/
Now that the game has been funded Mike and I have announced the first batch of Stretch Goals (scroll down) and not only that but we have already unlocked a Social Stretch Goal which is a big one:
This expansion adds FOUR MINIATURES and Encounter Cards to the Deluxe Edition adding a whole new dangerous layer to the game play. This was unlocked hitting 200 "Likes" on Board Game Geek.
Now we are moving on to our next Social Stretch Goal and this time we're taking over Facebook!
Log into Facebook, hit the link or image below and LIKE and SHARE the post. As soon as hit 100 Shares or 200 Likes we will add 3 new beautifully illustrated cursed encounters. If we hit both stats then we will throw in a 4th!!
I think we can get that many Likes and Shares pretty easily, what do you all think?
As for the announced Board Game Stretch Goals there's plenty of fantastic stuff planned including an added character - Alistair Fairweather!

Few and Cursed Board Game now LIVE on Kickstarter and over 60% funded!

As announced yesterday Rock Manor Games has launched the Kickstarter for the official Few and Cursed board game!!
Become a Curse Chaser, collect powerful artifacts, vanquish terrible curses and explore the perilous lands of the Pacific Ocean \o/
Featuring all brand new artwork from some of the best artists that have worked in the comics like Luke Ross, Harvey Tolibao, Will Conrad, Gilberto Martimiamo Jr., Clonerh & more!
I was overseeing Art Direction for the game and I made sure it stayed up to the quality you folks have gotten used with the comic book series. In fact, I was so thrilled with the quality of the pieces I collected them all in a gorgeous hardcover book:
The Few and Cursed Art of The Board Game will be exclusively available through the game's Kickstarter but if you are not a gamer you are more than welcome to pledge a single $1 to have access to the book after the KS ends through the Pledge Manager.
The book will collect every piece of art plus offer some insight into the process of some of the artists from layouts to finished artworks.
This is a fantastic time to be a fan of The Few and Cursed and I couldn't be more appreciative of all the love and support you have shown this series.
I also would love to point out both Kickstarters end in different dates a week apart from each other. That way the pledges don't pile up one on top of the other so pledge with confidence and let's unlock as many Stretch Goals with the board game as we have done so far with issue #6, shall we?
