This is the Update we have all been waiting for. The Few and Cursed #6 will finally be available to all of you in digital format! I'm prepping the distribution via BackerKit so if you have completed your survey you will be finding out what happens with Red and the Crows of Mana'Olana very shortly \o/
Quick reminder though: If you haven't filled out your BackerKit Survey (and there's 64 of you that haven't) you will not, I repeat, you will NOT get any rewards - digital or otherwise.

For those that have filled their surveys this is what's gonna happen now:
In the next 24 to 48hrs each and every one of you will get an e-mail from BackerKit with instructions on how to download your digital files. There are three items that will go out to every backer:
- The Few and Cursed #6 in full color
- Ashcan edition of TFAC #6
- 3x HD wallpapers
Backers that have pledged for back issues or other titles will get their respective digital copies along with the stuff above. It's all done automatically and securely and that's why it's important to fill out the surveys.

I'm so excited to share the final chapter of the Crows saga with you all and I cannot wait to hear your thoughts on it. Endings are super hard to write, there's always a lot of expectations and you want it to be good but also surprising.
I hope I was able to stick that landing.

PAINTING THE WORLD RED - A REDHEAD ART BOOK COMING TOMORROW TO KICKSTARTER!
This has been announced before but it's finally happening, my friends! I've collected over 100 illustrations of the Redhead to be published as a supersized (9x12in!!) art book!!
We are launching The Few and Cursed: Painting the World Red tomorrow at 10am EST!
On top of the many artworks the book will also offer insights into the creation of the character and her very first appearance finally in print for the first time since the original 321: Fast Comics sold out a few years ago \o/
I hope I can see many of you joining me in honoring Red with the deluxe book she deserves. I think this is going to be a great addition to the Few and Cursed universe and a way of having all the great pieces of art so many talented people have contributed over the course of five years.

Howdy, folks!
I couldn't be happier to post the below image and announcement:
PRODUCTION ON ISSUE #6 IS DONE!
That's right, we did 44 pages of story alone, it's basically it's own graphic novel and not just another single issue book in a series.
I'm in love with Fabiano's work on this last issue. He's really done it, he outdid himself by a long shot, no question about it and we cannot wait for you all to read the book and share yours thoughts about it.
Our colorist Tiago Barsa will be putting up the finishing touches this week while I review Deyvison's lettering and do another polish on the dialogue. I sincerely hope to get this over to you in digital format in the next two weeks.
I cannot guarantee though it will immediately go to production because of the Coronavirus tragedy in China. It's no secret we've been printing The Few and Cursed in Asia for a few years now, you can't beat their quality and pricing. But rest assured I will be updating you all as I get news from the factory.
Regardless, you all will be able to read The Few and Cursed #6 in two weeks time and that is truly exciting for us as creators that have dedicated so much time and attention to the work.
It's hard for me to post previews while avoiding spoilers at this point but I hope these two pages get you all excited for the conclusion of The Crows of Mana'Olana!!
PAINTING THE WORLD RED - AN ART BOOK CELEBRATING THE REDHEAD
I've already started working on the upcoming art book PAINTING THE WORLD RED which will collect for the very first time in a supersized high-end publication a number of pin-ups, prints, promotional artworks, covers, variants, and more celebrating the character of the Redhead.
Not only that but we’re also taking the opportunity to revisit earlier work, concepts, studies, variations, the process for some of the more iconic pieces, and publishing it all for the very first time as well. Like this super stylized colors over our original cover:
We're aiming to launch the Kickstarter to fund the production and printing of the art book as soon as we digitally fulfill the rewards for this campaign and send The Few and Cursed #6 to print.
Fabiano and I have a lot of exciting plans for The Few and Cursed this year and even though we got so behind on production of issue #6 we sure hope to pick up the pace now that's (almost) behind us.
I would like to take the opportunity again to thank you all for your mighty patience and understanding throughout this whole process, you guys have been just the best and your support overwhelming. Not once did we have to rush the work to satisfy disgruntled backers and that says a lot more about you guys than us creators.

I just found out something pretty exciting. Kickstarter is creating an anthology to highlight some of the best Kickstarted comics ever and they are looking for fans and readers to nominate these projects!
Is there any chance I can get a number of you to head over to Twitter and nominate The Few and Cursed? Or if you like you can always nominate the 321: Fast Comics as well =)

I will keep this short and sweet today... the BackerKit Surveys are locking down TODAY at 11:59pm PST!
I'm using a pledge manager (BackerKit) to help me send everyone's rewards and if you don't fulfill your survey you will NOT receive anything - including digital rewards. I still have 94 backers that have yet to get back to me on their surveys.

Those that have already filled out please also make sure to make any last-minute edits, add-ons and confirmations by tonight as the system will lock down and finalize your orders tonight. Your credit cards will be charged tomorrow and all purchases final.
A lot of the rewards are produced based on the count BackerKit supplies me (i.e.: the Kickstarter special edition, magnets, bookmarks, prints, etc) meaning if you don't order now you might risk not getting it.
Today also marks the LAST DAY to add on to your order the exclusive Kickstarter edition. It will disappear from the surveys at midnight and the final count for it locked down.
Do not worry about shipping addresses right now. These will be able to be updated until we start shipping out items and I will give everyone plenty of time to make any edits if needed.
If anything - and I mean anything at all - seems out of place on BackerKit please e-mail me immediately at [email protected] or shoot me an inbox message. I did have to manually correct shipping quotes on a couple of orders because the system got them screwy so if you think that's the case just let me know.

First off, HAPPY NEW YEAR to all of you! May it be filled with joy, health and achievements \o/
I'm absolutely thrilled for 2020 as we have a lot planned for Red and The Few and Cursed universe. Of course it all starts with fulfilling rewards for this Kickstarter before we move on to other challenges.
Before I get into our monthly Production Update, I do have to remind you all that BackerKit Surveys are locking down next week.
REMINDER: BackerKit surveys locking down JANUARY 15TH!
This is a reminder for the 103 backers that have to yet fill out their BackerKit surveys as I will be locking them down on January 15th at 11:59pm PST.
**** If you don't fill out your Surveys you won't get your rewards - including your name in the "Thank You" section of the comic!! ****
This is also the LAST CHANCE to update any add-ons including grabbing a copy of the Kickstarter Exclusive Edition.
I will get the final count for the Kickstarter Exclusive Edition off BackerKit so once this is locked, it is locked for good, the book in this format (chromium finish and exclusive artwork both on the cover and back) will not be available anywhere else ever again!

BackerKit Surveys are the ONLY way I'll be able to get your shipping addresses, any add-ons or current e-mail addresses to send the digital rewards to. Hopefully most of you, if not all, will get this and complete your surveys in time.

PRODUCTION UPDATE
Fabiano has been hard at work on issue #6 and is well past the 2/3 mark. He plans on finishing all the pages by the end of month allowing us to go to print early to mid February. Tiago also advanced production over the holidays and you can check some previews below.
By the way, these are the last previews I will be sharing since we are going into spoiler territory from this point forward and the whole team really want you all surprised and excited when you read the finale =)
All this means we will be sending out the digital copies to everyone roughly in a month and then work with the printer in China to have the books delivered in Florida as soon as humanly possible so I can start fulfillment right away.
Our last calendar has us doing fulfillment on March 4th but I really don't think that's going to happen as printers usually ask for 6 to 8 weeks upon approval of files.
Fabiano and I apologize for the delay. This one is totally on us and we had no idea what we were getting ourselves into when we decided to extend the story from the usual 26-28 page mark to 44 pages. It seemed a great idea at the time but we never thought it would delay production so much.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this is causing you guys but we really need to - for the last time - ask for a bit more patience as we move into the final leg of our race to finish The Few and Cursed: Crows of Mana'Olana the best way we can.
